“Something to pray to.”
A rosary recited by my mother and I; with visuals of Time, Inc.’s 100 photos of 2024 alongside a curated compilation of religious iconography procured through the online experience.
Youth Media Club
2024 marked the inaugural year for the Washington Middle School Youth Media Club. Together with the support of Kenosha Community Media, we were able to secure a field grant from the Kenosha Arts Fund (via The Kenosha Community Foundation).
With this grant, we have been able to purchase podcasting and lighting equipment, as well as pay local community members such as The ArtSpace Podcast for their time introducing their process to our students.
This video was then shared with our Youth Media Club Google Classroom of 61 students, as well as being broadcasted to the Kenosha community on Channel 14.
